Ranking Points System
Group Stage
- Participation (playing at least 1 match)5 pts
- Each match won (group of 4)10 pts
- Each match won (group of 3)14 pts
- Finishing 1st in group5 pts
Knockout Stage
- Winning preliminary round / Bye10 pts
- Winning a knockout match20 pts
- Winning the final30 pts
- Losing by 1 frame10 pts
How Rankings Work
Players earn points in both the group stage and knockout stage of each trial. Overall rankings are calculated using your best 4 out of 6 trials, so a player can drop their two lowest scores, or miss two trials, without penalty. Scores shown struck through are the ones not counting towards that player's total.
Where two players finish on the same points, the higher ranking goes to the player with the better overall frame difference across the season.
The top 8 players in each ranking bracket automatically qualify for their respective team, with committee discretion for 2 wildcard selections per team.
